Location
At this time, sessions for adults are primarily via Zoom. This has many advantages, including reduction of commuting time and increased safety in the pandemic environment. Moving to in-person is an option as it feels appropriate. I currently have some availability for in-person sessions at my San Pablo office, and (coming soon) in Albany.
Sessions for children are in person in my playroom at the Child Therapy Institute. I see children in person because, despite the risk, the reduction of person-to-person contact has created negative impacts on immature nervous systems, making the need for in-person interaction and co-regulation particularly high.

Fees
$150 / session
I provide MediCal services based on eligibility in Contra Costa County.
